An introduction to the two pillars of modern physical theory. The relativity segment includes geometrical structure of spacetime as examined through spacetime diagrams, causal diamonds, and the metric equation, relativistic dynamics and the nature of mass, energy, and momentum, elementary introduction to general relativity. The quantum mechanics segment includes the need for a new theory, quantization of light, Hilbert space structure of qubits utilizing polarization as the physical substrate, multiparticle states, entangled states, incompatible observables, uncertainty relations, Bell inequalities, and the Schrödinger equation.
