This course is designed for students who wish to become fluent in Spanish across interpersonal, interpretive, and presentational communication modes. Students become successful at listening to, describing, narrating, and presenting complex information and writing cohesive and coherent essays on a variety of topics. They greatly expand their understanding of local and global perspectives in Spanish and Hispanic cultures through in-depth study of history, literature, poetry, art, music, and current events.
