Mindfulness offers practices and a way of relating to our experiences that can confer a number of benefits, one of which is facilitating progress toward our wellness goals. We will explore mindfulness together along with other ideas and approaches, depending on student interest, in addition to topics such as physical activity, sleep, managing stress, sense of belonging, and building community.
