Sci-Fi with Dr Lamont

In this homeroom we’ll share our enjoyment of all things sci-fi. Each meeting opens with a general share: what we’ve all been reading, watching, or writing in the sci fi space in the last week. After that, we turn to a specific share, where one homeroom member curates 1-3 sessions, giving all of us any information we need as background. Past shares have included: short stories, excerpts from a novel, movies, TV shows, video games (playing together or watching a play-through), a roleplaying game, debate on a sci fi topic, and Gimkit quizzes (Among Us mode). Over the course of the year, we’ll all be introduced to some new favorites by sharing with each other. One caveat—Dr. Lamont is afraid of horror, so no horror sci-fi!
